Updated 2026 FSIMA Bylaws: The FSIMA Board of Directors has worked with an attorney specializing in Mutual Water Systems to prepare the revised version of the FSIMA bylaws. Edits were made to ensure our compliance with California state law, enable us to enhance our community and streamline our operations in a more modern and efficient manner. A vote will be taken regarding the adoption of these new bylaws.
Pool Repairs: Our pool has sustained damage that necessitates critical repairs beyond our current budget to ensure its timely reopening. A vote will be taken to authorize funds for the repairs.
